Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving! This post was a good reminder for me. After a roller coaster of a fall, I have decided to bring my complaining to a hard halt. For December, I've decided to change my journal focus from a frustration download to writing (at least) one thing I am grateful for, no matter how "small" I think it is. Like you said, be happy you have a roof over your head, as there are many who do not. Working on ending the year on an upward note.
