Hello! I’m hoping to get a sense of what you’d like to read more of from me. Substack only lets me offer five options, so if there’s a topic you especially enjoy when I write about it that’s not listed, please just reply to this email and let me know!
I’m also looking to get a sense of if there’s an interest in attending an in-person version of my “Tell the Story of Your Ancestors” workshop, which I envision as a three-day writing and resting retreat in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York. (No commitment here, just canvasing my readership to see if there’s a general interest in my putting something like this together.)
My estimate is the event would be two nights, three days, with lodging at a nice hotel like this one, include two dinners, and the cost of the workshop itself, for a price of around $1,700. (This is an estimate. The actual price may differ higher or lower once all the pieces are put into place.)
We’d have dinner together on Friday evening, workshop together for a few hours Saturday morning, have the day to ourselves to explore the Catskills, hike, swim and so on, dinner together Saturday evening, and then workshop Sunday morning again before everyone heads back home in the afternoon. I’m thinking mid September would be a nice time for this workshop.
You can learn more about the ancestor writing workshop in general here.
If you could please just take a minute to respond to the questions below, it would help me so much moving forward! Thank you so much in advance…
Thanks again for taking the time!
I would very much like to attend your workshop but I do not live on the East Coast. I know it would be good for my mind and soul. I truly enjoy your deep thought writing but I like your writing regardless of the subject. I always find inspiration from your thoughts ;)) Un abbraccio, Christina
I’d love to attend a workshop but I’m not in the same country. I would love for you to write more about uncovering our family history and how our family lines influence the current generations, as well as your deep thoughts and natural living. Xo
